Team Learning

Team learning means learning by doing together with other team members. When learning in a team, we learn together through collaboration. In the context of ERASDG, a workshop, “Carbon neutral milk production”, using Team Learning was developed and implemented by SASKY with the participation of ERASDG students and teachers from 4 countries. The real-life workshop challenge was prepared in close cooperation with dairy company Valio OY. Subsequently, based on the Finish experience, the Team Learning format was tested by Romanian ERASDG-partner Worldskills-Romania.

For the students' work with the SDGs using Team Learning, inspiration can be found in the following tried and tested materials:

1. A short introduction to Team Learning in 9 different languages

2. An example of a workshop program using Team Learning

3. An overview of the 4 real-life challenges that the students were faced with

4. An overview of the students’ responses to the challenges (with links to Youtube)

5. Feedback from the relevant ERASDG testing partner
